Hi Mike,

What are you using for a Windows mouse driver. Will a multitouch display show one finger as a mouse movement and click?

Thanks, Jim

That is good news. I think 3rd-party application support will be a very integral part of having both a variety of software as well as better compatibility with different types of programs & file-types.

Although there are many applications currently available or in the making for the new iPhone which will enable a whole bunch of features, like chat, file sharing, and even VOIP, just to mention a few. All these are being developed by third-party companies and will be available as a plug-ins of some sort for the iPhone.

MMS makes a lot more sense to have on the IPhone then smaller phones. Why is the camera even there if you can't send pictures or video clips to people over the phone, by means of IM. MMS would sure beat having to send every photo or clip through a new email.

My post isn't how Apple left out the useless hardware, such as FM-Radio; but things like 3G (latest/highest wifi protocol), complete bluetooth functionality, better web (java/flash) and messaging support...These things that were looked over, might come back to sting users later. Some of them just make for a limited experience on the phone that is supposed to give you the 'real internet'.
